The brief
Newcastle City Council was keen to digitise their burial records and were looking for a supplier who could deliver the highest quality imagery with minimal impact to their service, and we were happy to help.
The challenge
The main challenge was to scan all 150 records within the quick timescale required. Our ability to increase our productivity when clients require a larger volume of records digitising or a particularly fast turnaround, as in this instance, meant that we were able to deliver both, whilst maintaining the quality of the imagery produced.
The solution
In addition to delivering high-quality digitised files to the client within deadline, our client also really appreciated how quickly our team responded to their queries and grave searches relating to the physical records whilst in our care, which enabled them to continue to deliver their service without disruption.
